After being let down by another company I had friends recommend Essential Heating Solutions Ltd. We contacted Louie to see if he could come and look at the problem we had. The service from first talking to him to the job being completed was faultless. Within only a few days Louie and James had not only been out to us, diagnosed the problem and quoted they had also fixed the problem. They turned up when they said they would and did an excellent job. Would highly recommend Louie and James, a great team.

We were looking for a plumber who cold install a new gas boiler and an additional radiator. Two of our neighbours recommended Essential Heating Solutions based in North Walsham. Louie came round and recommended an Ideal boiler. The current boiler is situated in a confined space which makes work conditions difficult. Louis completed the job in an orderly manner and all the work carried out in a day. We had difficulty in working out how to program the handheld programmer and Louie came round the following day and sorted the problem out. We thoroughly recommend this firm.

Contacted Louie yesterday evening as we had no heating/ hot water. He was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and turned up first thing to fit a new valve.Louie has carried out a variety of jobs for us since we moved here in August 23. All work has been carried out to a very high standard. We highly recommend him and his team.

Central heating packed up Friday evening, messaged my regular heating engineer expecting some kind of response, didn’t hear nothing on the Saturday so contacted Essential Heating Solutions, Louie phoned 08:15am Sunday morning, said he would be round mid-morning Monday, turned up Monday morning, diagnosed the problem went and got the parts returned to fit and upgraded my control system at the same time.3 days later still have not heard from my normal heating engineer, have already discussed with Louie about servicing the boiler in future, faultless service from start to finish, thank you.
